New to Octagon Foxx? Welcome aboard!

Our classes cater to all fitness levels, ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone. We recommend aiming for 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per week, making it beneficial to attend our sessions at least three times weekly. Let's kick-start your fitness journey!

How do I purchase memberships or classes credits?

It's easy! Begin by downloading and registering on the Octagon Foxx APP. From the Join page, acquire credits in two ways: through class series or memberships. Each signature class equals one credit. These credits are applicable for all classes, unless specified otherwise. Certain sessions, such as the '70 Minute 7 Zones' may require 1.5 or 2 credits for booking.

How do I book Classes?

To book classes, simply access our updated class schedule, which refreshes every two weeks, showcasing the upcoming 14-day class offerings. Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Get ready to dive into an engaging workout experience!

What should I bring to class?

When attending, all you'll need is your workout attire—we take care of the rest! Our amenities include towels, shower essentials, hairdryers, and post-workout necessities. Additionally, for every class, we provide a MyZone tracker, allowing you to monitor live data on heart rates, calories, maximum heart rate, and MyZone effort points, all at no extra cost. If you have your own MyZone tracker, you're welcome to bring it along for class. Classes involving punching bag workouts come with complimentary boxing gloves and glove inserts. However, should you prefer to use your own gloves, feel free to bring them along. It's crucial to stay hydrated during your workout, so remember to bring a water bottle. Our facility provides a drinking water fountain for refills, and if needed, bottled water is available for purchase at check-in. We strictly adhere to a 'no phones in class' policy to ensure an undistracted and enjoyable workout experience for everyone.

What should I expect during check in?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts, and no later than 5 minutes before and sign in at the front desk. We ask that you please check in no less than 4 minutes before the start of your class, to ensure you can be safely set up to enjoy your workout. Unfortunately, failure to check in on time will result in you missing class. If you haven’t come changed, we have changing rooms and lockers that you can use free of charge.

What is the walk-in waitlist?

We’ll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need credit in your account to secure your spot. Unfortunately, failure to check in on time will result in you missing class. If you can’t make a class you are booked into, we please ask you to cancel your place 12 hours prior to your booked class commend to allow space for another member of the community. 

You can join the walk-in waitlist on the day to try grabbing a last-minute spot.

Simply ask our Front of House team to join the walk-in waitlist and any spots that haven’t been checked into 4 minutes before the start time of class will be released. 

Please note, these are allocated on a first come first served basis. 

We only accept Walk-Ins 30 mins before the start of class. 

You have to remain in the studio to keep your spot on the walk-in waitlist.

How old do I have to be to attend a class at Octagon Foxx?

You must be:

16+ years of age to attend any classes at Octagon Foxx.

If you are under 18, you must inform a staff member, register a User Account with Octagon Foxx and have a parent/guardian 18+ to sign a consent form.

What are our Membership Types?

At our studio, we offer a range of membership options designed to cater to your fitness needs. With our memberships, you gain access to an affordable and effective way to train. Choose from our selection of membership plans, including 4, 8, 12, or unlimited classes per month. This flexibility allows you to pick the plan that aligns best with your schedule and fitness objectives, granting you both convenience and control over your fitness journey.

To begin your membership journey, simply commit to a minimum duration of 3 months. This commitment ensures consistency in your training routine and enables you to fully immerse yourself in the benefits of our studio environment. Embark on your fitness journey today by exploring our membership options!

What is the minimum term for my membership?

There is a 3-month commitment for membership, it can be self-cancelled on our APP after the commitment period.

What are our Credit Series?

Our Credits Series offers unparalleled flexibility for your workouts without any tie-in contract or commitment. With just 1 credit per Signature Class, you gain access to invigorating sessions designed to offer exceptional value. You don't have to worry about keeping track of your remaining credit balance to decide how many more classes you can attend. Instead, you have the freedom to attend more classes if you have extra time in certain weeks or months. Whether you prefer a single session or up to 100, our packages give you the freedom to customize your fitness journey. Additionally, invest more credits for exclusive access to special classes, enhancing your overall experience at Octagon Foxx.

How will I get billed?

For memberships, classes will be automatically renewed every month. This renewal typically occurs 30 days after your purchase date, although the exact timing may vary depending on the credit merchant. Billing for these renewals will be processed using the card saved to your account. Similarly, for unlimited memberships, payment will be deducted monthly in advance from the card saved to your account.

It's crucial to ensure that a valid card is associated with your account to facilitate seamless payment processing. Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid any disruptions to your membership access.

Additionally, please note that for unlimited memberships, there will be a PR100,000 penalty for instances of No Show/Late Cancellation. We kindly remind all members to adhere to our cancellation policy to avoid incurring this penalty.

Can I share a class pack with my friend?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share the fitness journey with your friends and workout buddies. Here's how you can do it:

Select Sharable Packages: Opt for our credit series packages of 32 credits and above, as these are specifically designed to be shared with others.

Assign Credits: If you've purchased a sharable package, you have the option to assign credits to the other user who has registered on our Octagon Foxx App. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the package details, and follow the instructions to assign credits to your friend's account.

Contact us for Assistance: Alternatively, if you prefer to have us assist you in linking both accounts, kindly contact us at counter or email us at hello@octagonfoxx.com. If email us, please provide us the email addresses and mobile numbers of both parties. We'll ensure that both accounts are linked with the purchased package for seamless access.

It's important to note that all sales are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a package is purchased, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another individual.

Can I extend my credits?

By purchasing the Foxx credits series extension, your current credits series will be extended for one consecutive month from date of expiry.

Applicable to only standard credits series.

If I am unwell and did not cancel my class 12 hours prior to my class?

We kindly request that you cancel the class via your account as soon as you realize you won't be able to attend. Additionally, please send an email to hello@octagonfoxx.com with your Medical Certificate (MC) attached as proof of your condition.

Return of credits will only be permitted with a valid MC as evidence. Please ensure to cancel all subsequent bookings within the designated cancellation period if you are still feeling unwell.

Please note that failure to cancel within the specified timeframe and absence from the class will result in the forfeiture of your credits. We strictly enforce this policy to maintain fairness among all members.
